Noble 28mm Festoon Stage II 3 Chip LED Bulbs (2 pack) - Universal

Please tell me how return the bulbs they are the wrong size

I have written this review previously. But, to reiterate, The lights are quite bright and improve visibility in the vehicle. They were 28mm and the ar called for 31mm but seemed to fit fine. They were”pitched” on a uTube channel featuring my car, a 2022 WRX. They were pricier than most but seemed a better quality. Second package had two bulbs also so I have one extra bulb for each application which was a bonus. I hope this review is long enough and will prevent another request; my fingers are sore from typing.
